The lenses offer ophthalmic-quality and 100% UV-A and UV-B protection, and they are offered in dark grey for extra comfort, or polarized brown for glare and dazzle reduction. An anti-reflective coating eradicates distracting lens flares; an oleophobic coating enhances resistance to grease, dust and fingerprints; and an ultra-hard anti-scratch coating ensures maximum toughness.

The TAG Heuer Speedway is the ultimate special edition sunglasses based off of the design by 2007 Formula 1 Champion Kimi Räikkönen himself. The Speedway provides an optimal holding in any dynamic activity. The special polarized lens layers reduce glare and dazzle, anti-reflective multi-layers eradicate visual parasites. The oleophobic coating make the lens less sensitive to grease, dust, or finger prints, ultra hard anti-scratch coating, unbreakable Makrolon polycarbonate material and an outer bronze coating for a distinguished look. Kimi's logo is laser engraved on the right temple to personalize this special edition.
